5: Does Superette offer return Policy?
They accept returns of brand new, unused items with original packaging and tags in tact within 21 days from the date of purchase and in accordance with their returns policy, which you can find below. Please note: Superette reserves the right to return or reject any item that does not abide by the returns policy.
Special Order requests?
Yes If there is something you have seen from one of their designers that they don’t appear to have in stock, you can inquire about placing a special order for the item. They can also do this for items they have previously sold out of that might be a must-have for your wardrobe!
Please note: They aren’t able to do this with all suppliers, and the stock available to us will vary from what you can see directly on their website, however, we’ll do their best to source all the goodies for you!
They send a request to their supplier to see if they have stock available, if they do, we’ll then come back to you with pricing and estimated delivery times etc and then you can make the call to go ahead.

Any deliveries within New Zealand will not incur any duties or taxes, however for orders being shipped outside of New Zealand, please note that Superette will not be held responsible for any customs or duties charges that may be incurred on delivery into customs. Any and all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. The law requires Superette to state the full value of your order on the package, and this will then usually determine the applicable fees.
To comply with New Zealand export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise’. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a ‘gift’, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
If you refuse a shipment due to the cost of customs duties and taxes, this amount will be deducted from your return upon arrival back to New Zealand. Any return shipping costs incurred will also be deducted.
